Posting update: when to check in

Since beginning the blog a week ago, I have been overwhelmed with support. I cannot thank you all enough for it! I've come to realize that I won't be able to continue posting every single day, so I've decided to post instead on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays (typically by mid-afternoon or early evening).
